If it is a property that is out of state and we aren't interested in buying it, we can help with our network of real estate professionals and buyers in other states who operate ethically to assist homeowners. 1. Lost time: Spending 5-10 minutes on a phone call to determine if we are a good fit or if we have a solution, resource, or referral that can help you. 

2. You don't like the options we provide: We have seen homeowners go with other people using fear tactics and offering a larger payment who can't perform (and the home went to auction), mislead the seller/owner, or don't provide our level of detail. Unfortunately, we have seen very desperate homeowners get scammed as well.

If you don't have 5-10 minutes to  hear us out, then you likely either don't need help, or are willing to go down with the ship. This does come down to priorities and its amazing how many people don't have time to deal with the most basic human need (housing/shelter)
