Unless prohibited by law, these Terms and any dispute between you and [Company Name] arising out of or relating to the site or communications shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Small claims actions may be brought in local court if within jurisdictional limits. 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site (and delete submitted data) at any time for conduct we believe violates law or these Terms, or to protect our rights, property, or users. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination. 

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new Effective Date. Material changes (e.g., arbitration updates, data use changes) may be announced via site banner or email notice where practicable. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
