1. Will this work for me?

outcomes for any situation depend on action, what you do with the information, resources, options, or referrals we provide will dictate the outcome. If you are looking to sell and we can't provide what you need, we can refer you to another vetted professional.

2. What is the risk?

The risk is you spend 5-10 minutes (possibly longer if it makes sense) to have a conversation and go over possible options that could help you solve your issue. Our goal is to give you what we feel is your best possible next step but there are times that homeowners choose a path that doesn't work and unfortunately end up with less desirable solutions later. You always have options to go a different route, as do we if we think it isn't a good fit.

3. Is it worth the time and effort?

It really depends on the nature of your situation and how bad things are, we solve messy problems and if you don't need to sell fast. or your situation or home doesn't have problems to solve then you likely should just list it with a realtor. (We can refer you to quality realtors with different skillsets in Northern Nevada if this is all you need)

4. What is the likely outcome?

If all you need is options and strategy to get more time in a home or prevent a foreclosure then your outcome is determined by what you do with the options we give you. If you are looking to sell, then the only outcome we aim for is a deal that works for you and us.
